  • What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding day of coordinator?

    In our full concierge wedding planning package, we start working with you soon after the day of booking to the day of your wedding, throughout your entire wedding planning process. We focus on assistance with budget management, timeline creation, venue and vendor research, designing and implementing your vision for the day, and coordination of the officiant, couple, bridal party, guests, and vendors so that the day runs smoothly.     In our day of coordination package, you are doing the planning throughout the process, however we start working with you approximately 1 month before your wedding day to assist with the final preparations, including timeline creation, implementing your vision for the day, and coordination of the officiant, couple, bridal party, guests, and vendors so that the day runs smoothly.   • How do I book a free consultation?

  • How do I secure Aluna Amore Weddings as my coordinators/wedding planners?

    Once we have our consultation phone call, if you desire to move forward with booking, a contract and invoice will be sent to your email via Honeybook, in which a signed contract and 25% deposit will secure your spot for your wedding date.

  • How soon will I hear back?

    Once you fill out the contact form, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to schedule your free consultation phone call.

  • Do you handle the wedding budget?

    If you choose to book the full concierge planning package, we are resourceful and can definitely assist you in your budget management throughout the planning process.

  • Can you help with destination weddings?

    As of right now we are only serving Florida.

  • Will you attend my rehearsal and manage the wedding day schedule?

    Yes! No matter which package you choose, we will attend your rehearsal at the location you are rehearsing the week of the wedding to ensure you and your spouse, the bridal party, and the family are confident in the flow of the ceremony and reception. We manage the wedding day schedule by communicating with all of your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page for how you want the day to run!

  • How do you handle unexpected weather or logistical issues on the wedding day?

    We work very closely with your venue to navigate any challenges that may arise the day of so that the day runs smoothly, while using our problem-solving skills and creativity to create a solution to every potential problem (and we always have a plan B, just in case!).

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my wedding?

    Per our cancellation policy, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. All additional payments paid toward the total contracted amount prior to cancellation are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the planner will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services without additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, fees already paid will be credited toward future services within 12 months. If the client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, all payments paid up to the cancellation remain non-refundable.
