The Essentials Package

This package is for the couple who wants to enjoy their special day without the stress of managing the details! It’s perfect for those who have already planned their wedding but want a professional to oversee the final preparations, so they can focus on the moments that matter.

This package includes:

  • A meeting approximately 1 month before to go over your vision, details, and vendor information

  • Communication and coordination with vendors

  • Coordination of the officiant, couple, bridal party, family, and guests during the ceremony and reception

  • A site tour of the venue if permitted per venue policy

  • Assistance with wedding day timeline creation

  • Assistance with gathering certificates of liability

  • Presence at your rehearsal the week of the wedding to ensure everyone is confident with the flow of the big day

  • Assistance in set up/break down of decor and gathering your belongings

  • Distribution of tips to vendors

  • Emergency kit on-hand for any last-minute fixes

Pricing: $1500

The Signature Package

This package is for the couple who wants a seamless, stress-free wedding experience from the moment you say “Yes” to the day you say “I do.” It’s perfect for couples who need guidance through every step of the planning process and want to ensure every detail reflects their unique vision. Whether you’re overwhelmed by the many decisions or just want to enjoy the excitement of your engagement, this comprehensive package allows you to relax while we handle the logistics. We offer professional advice, creative input, and hands-on assistance throughout the entire process.

This package includes:

  • A meeting approximately 1 week after contract signing to discuss wedding plan and vision, a meeting approximately 6 months prior, and a meeting 1 month before to finalize your vision, details, and vendor information, however consistent communication via phone/ email throughout the entire process

  • Communication and coordination with vendors

  • Coordination of the officiant, couple, bridal party, family, and guests during the ceremony and reception

  • A site tour of the venue if permitted per venue policy

  • Assistance with wedding day timeline creation

  • Assistance with venue and vendor research, building a timeline for securing vendors, creation of a vision board, and budget management

  • Assistance with brainstorming, design, and ordering of invitations & decor

  • Assistance with gathering certificates of liability

  • Presence at your rehearsal the week of the wedding to ensure everyone is confident with the flow of the big day

  • Assistance in set up/break down of decor and gathering your belongings

  • Distribution of tips to vendors

  • Emergency kit on-hand for any last-minute fixes

The Engagement Package

This package is for the couple who are ready to plan and celebrate their engagement party and/or bridal shower. Whether you’re looking for full-service planning, where we assist in managing every detail from start to finish, or need assistance with research and venue/vendor recommendations, we’re here to help. Tailor your experience to your needs, and let us help you create a stressful and memorable celebration so you can soak in the excitement of this special time in your life!

This package includes:

  • Custom package specific to your vision and needs

  • A meeting approximately 1 week after contract signing to discuss your event plan and vision.
